As promised , I went to Freo ( fremantle ) with Alexio , helped him with his assignment - his photoshoot sessions ,please don't get me wrong, 'm not his model just his assistant or ..slave ? wth ... @#$%^ hahaha

At first that model was so shy and keep saying

I've been in Perth for about 2 months

I'm doing great here

i gained 3 kg ssssss after 2 months only ...

& I found one

Means no meat no eggs no other stuff only FRUITS n VEGE

so this was my meal today

breakfast : 1 packet of v8 Juice
1 apple
1 cup of skim milk

lunch : apple + plum salad

dinner : Lettuce + tomatoes salad
